Today is the day and “no” I don’t mean it is the day you are allowed to dress up like a flasher “legally”. The brand new Leftover Crack / Citizen Fish split 7" is officially out and the Cracktoberfest tour is well under way. The poor Sainte Catherines have regrettably missed two shows but other than that it’s squatting right along. I heard it was because of bad weather but I bet they were swimming. NOFX have updated their website and mapped out their upcoming plans for 2007. They also posted some cool photos of them eating dinner and buying swords from their recent trip to South America in the Bore Journal. Smoke or Fire just got out of the studio where they were recording the follow up to their debut record Above the City. The new album is called This Sinking Ship and it will be out early next year. The band is headed out on a 12 date tour which will route them to the Fest in Gainesville and then up to our CMJ showcase in Brooklyn on Nov. 1st.
